Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, you must have safe and operationally reliable machinery. It is also important for a good company policy to guarantee the reliability of machines and thus avoid unnecessary loss of time. To this end you should regularly inspect your machines. J. Spapens B.V. has the knowledge, experience and possibilities to perform this specialist work. We can inspect and test your electrical tools for you in accordance with NEN 3140. This inspection consists of a visual check and inspection by measuring and testing the operation of the machine. Any minor repairs are carried out immediately during the inspection, so you will have the machines back in operation quickly. After the inspection you will receive an overview of all inspected machines and a test certificate for each machine. If desired, the inspection can also be performed at your company or on location. We can also inspect climbing equipment and mobile material handling equipment for you. When inspecting climbing equipment according to NEN 2484, the equipment undergoes a visual inspection and receives a sticker upon approval.

We can also perform inspections of larger machines such as forklifts, earth-moving equipment and aerial work platforms.

For lift trucks, aerial work platforms, mobile material handling equipment and earthmoving machines, the technical condition of the machine is checked on the basis of an extensive inspection list.
